We are currently looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced professionals from the MICE industry for the following roles:
1. Backend Executives (2 Positions)
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
🗓 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎯 Industry Preference: MICE / Events / Conferences / Exhibitions
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with vendors, speakers, delegates, and partners
- Managing backend event operations and documentation
- Handling registrations, reports, databases, and logistics coordination
- Supporting project execution teams before and during events
- Maintaining timelines and ensuring smooth communication flow
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good command over MS Office and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment
- Prior experience in conferences/exhibitions preferred
2. Conference Managers (1 Position)
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
🗓 Experience: 3–6 Years
🎯 Industry Preference: MICE / Events / Conferences / Exhibitions
MICE industry exposure
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end conference production and speaker acquisition
- Researching industry trends and developing conference agendas
- Managing relationships with associations, government bodies, and industry leaders
- Coordinating with marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams
- Ensuring high-quality content delivery and delegate engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of conference production lifecycle
- Experience in Agriculture, Science, Technology, or allied sectors
- Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive conference projects
3. Project Managers – Project Basis (2 Positions)
📍 Location: PAN India / Project Based
🗓 Experience: 5–10 Years
🎯 Mandatory Experience: Large-scale events and exhibitions
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing execution of large exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Client servicing and stakeholder coordination
- Budget management, vendor management, and onsite operations
- Timeline planning and cross-functional team leadership
- Delivering projects with operational excellence under tight deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in handling large-format events/exhibitions
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and vendors
- Comfortable with travel and onsite project execution
