Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an English Speaking and Personality Development Trainer and Teacher at Fantastiqo Education Private Limited. The trainer will conduct interactive online sessions focused on spoken English, communication skills, and personality development for learners of various age groups and backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, designing engaging activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help learners build confidence and fluency. The role also involves developing training materials, adapting content to different proficiency levels, and incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance learner engagement. Collaboration with the academic team to refine curriculum, track outcomes, and continuously improve teaching practices is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Personality Development and Training, with experience guiding learners in confidence-building, soft skills, and professional behavior.
- Candidates should possess Research and Writing skills to develop effective lesson plans, training content, and learner resources tailored to diverse needs.
- Candidates should possess Social Media skills to share educational content, engage learners online, and support community-building initiatives.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to explain concepts in an accessible manner.
- Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or coach in English communication and personality development, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
- Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered sessions, manage virtual classrooms, and use digital teaching tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or TESOL/TEFL are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
