🔹 Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
* Conduct BBA classes with effective academic delivery and student engagement
* Mentor students for academic, professional, and project-related activities
* Perform examination duties, academic coordination, and departmental responsibilities
* Contribute towards research publications, FDPs, seminars, workshops, and institutional development activities
* Support accreditation and quality assurance activities including NAAC/IQAC documentation
* Generate admission leads through tele-calling, counselling, follow-ups, and student conversion activities
* Participate in educational fairs, outreach campaigns, institutional branding, and market visits for student acquisition
* Build networking relationships with schools, coaching centres, and educational stakeholders
