Sales Executive/ Sales Advisor – Real Estate

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales deals for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers/investors.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property listings, and pricing trends.
- Assist clients throughout the buying/selling process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive property visibility.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
