Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The Job Title will support clients in understanding and choosing suitable health insurance products, assist with policy comparisons, and guide them through enrollment, renewals, and claims processes. Daily responsibilities may include meeting clients, explaining benefits and coverage options, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with insurance providers and internal teams. The role also involves providing ongoing service to existing clients, addressing queries, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. The Job Title will contribute to maintaining high ethical standards, strong client relationships, and a consistent customer-first experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to compare policies, interpret insurance terms, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client cases, follow up systematically, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or client databases) and comfort working with digital platforms.
- Ethical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing advisory roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, collaborate with team members, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
