Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Job Title position. The role involves managing client relationships, providing expert advice on loan products, assisting clients with documentation, and facilitating the end-to-end borrowing process. Collaborating with financial institutions, the role requires ensuring a seamless experience for clients from product selection to loan disbursement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of loan products, mortgage solutions, and financial advisory services
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in managing documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with financial institutions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar advisory role is preferred
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs effectively
