Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for [Job Title] at UClean’s office in Delhi, India. The [Job Title] will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experiences, and ensure service excellence. Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in operational management or franchise support is desirable.
- Understanding of marketing tools and strategies, along with the ability to develop innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in the cleaning or service industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
