Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot. The selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day functions relevant to their position, including technical and administrative responsibilities. The role requires close collaboration across teams to ensure quality, precision, and efficiency in operations. The individual will implement best practices, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain operational excellence aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in gear manufacturing processes, including understanding raw materials and precision engineering.
- Fluency in the use of industry-specific software and machining tools, showcasing advanced technical knowledge in related engineering systems.
- Strong analytical skills for research, troubleshooting, and process optimization, with an emphasis on data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in written communication, documentation, and technical report writing for smooth operations and clear directives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate problem-solving skills within a manufacturing setup.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a relevant technical field is preferred.
