Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a [Job Title] located in Gurgaon. Qualifications
- Strong organizational and logistics management skills, including planning and coordinating shipments efficiently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers
- Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with freight and transportation software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
- Knowledge of North American freight laws, regulations, and cross-border logistics requirements
- Experience in risk management, cost analysis, and supply chain optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in freight broking, logistics, or a related industry
