About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across all
social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that
drive engagement, grow our audience, and support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, plan, and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing
objectives.
• Oversee and manage all social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Lead the content calendar — plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content writers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions,
conversions).
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social media trends, and industry best practices.
• Manage paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
• Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brandappropriate manner.
• Identify influencer collaboration opportunities and manage influencer partnerships.
• Mentor and guide junior team members including social media associates and interns.
Requirements
• 5–8 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a brand or agency
environment.
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proficiency with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Solid grasp of analytics tools — Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns is a plus.
