Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of PV systems, coordinating with engineering teams, and assisting in preparing technical documentation and reports. Daily tasks may include reviewing project specifications, contributing to layout and system optimization, tracking project progress, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to ensure installation feasibility and performance goals. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, adhering to safety and quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to PV system design and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy disciplines.
- Proficiency with basic design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and comfort with technical documentation.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret technical specifications, and contribute to efficient, cost-effective PV system designs.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical field; prior experience in solar or PV projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and adhere to company safety, quality, and ethical standards.
