Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of assigned premises by monitoring and controlling entry and exit, performing regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and vigilance in all activities.
Qualifications
- Strong observational and surveillance skills, with the ability to monitor premises and detect potential security risks.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform regular patrols, monitor activities, and address potential security issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Proven record of discipline, integrity, and reliability in professional settings.
- Experience in a security-related role is preferred, although training will be provided to ensure adherence to company standards.
