Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad with responsibilities tailored to the specific Job Title within the construction and infrastructure domain. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day project activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. The individual will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, prepare and maintain documentation and reports, and support adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. The role also includes identifying and resolving operational challenges, contributing to process improvements, and upholding the organization’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects, with a solid understanding of project life cycles and industry practices.
- Proficiency in project coordination and documentation, including reporting, scheduling, and maintaining records for on-site activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external partners.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality control procedures in the construction sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience with projects in Gujarat or similar regional infrastructure environments is beneficial.
