We’re hiring: Performance Marketing & Growth Lead
Prudentoe Dental Care, Hyderabad
Prudentoe Dental Care provides clinic-grade dental care at home. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to help us build our demand engine across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and CRM tracking.
This role is for someone who can go beyond clicks and leads, and help us track the full funnel:
Ad spend → enquiry → consultation booked → treatment started → revenue
Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch and optimise Google Search Ads and Meta Ads
* Run high-intent campaigns for home dentistry, RCT, implants, aligners, elderly dental care and emergency dental care
* Set up and manage tracking through GA4, GTM, UTMs, Meta Pixel/CAPI and Zoho CRM
* Maintain weekly reports on spend, leads, qualified enquiries, consultations, treatments, revenue and CAC
* Coordinate SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, blogs and locality/service pages
* Work with our content creator to convert founder-led content, patient stories and educational videos into ad creatives
* Analyse lead quality and take weekly decisions on what to scale, pause or improve
We’re looking for someone who has:
* 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and funnel reporting
* Experience with lead-generation businesses, local services, healthcare, clinics, diagnostics, D2C or high-intent service categories
* Ability to judge lead quality, not just lead volume
* Comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led company
Good to have:
* Zoho CRM experience
* WhatsApp-first funnel experience
* Local SEO / Google Business Profile experience
* Ability to write or improve ad copy and brief creatives
This is not a vanity-metrics role. We are looking for someone who can help us build a measurable demand engine for a new healthcare category.
