Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. As part of Nav Logistics Inc., you will oversee daily operations related to logistics and transportation management. Responsibilities include managing shipments from origin to destination, coordinating with carriers, maintaining strong client relationships, and utilizing advanced transportation management systems (TMS) for tracking and efficiency. You will be expected to work closely with a dynamic team to optimize customer satisfaction and operational success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), logistics coordination, and shipment tracking tools
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making within logistics operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of freight brokerage and carrier network management is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
