Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasik. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting Mechmatrix’s CNC machining and tooling solutions through hands-on work with products, coordination with the tool room, and collaboration with application engineering and consultancy teams. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in process optimization for customers, preparing and maintaining product documentation, coordinating demonstrations or trials of EasyMech solutions, and gathering feedback from users to support continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Foundational technical knowledge in CNC machining, tooling, or manufacturing processes, with the ability to understand product applications and machining workflows.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage on-site activities, product handling, demonstrations, and documentation in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients and partners.
- Basic proficiency with computers and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and use of online resources and platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
- Relevant diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a machine shop, CNC environment, or industrial tooling setup will be an advantage.
