Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based at our Regional office ar Jamshedpur .
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational tasks, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving the execution of assigned projects in alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications
- Technical Competence: Knowledge and experience in automation, sensors & measurement, power electronics, and industrial reliability systems.

- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Aptitude for diagnosing issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Leadership & Initiative: Ability to drive initiatives, foster teamwork, and lead projects to successful outcomes.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Industrial Sector: Familiarity with manufacturing, steel, railways, or OEM industries is a plus.
