Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support Company operations. This includes enhancing customer experiences, developing strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. The role will require close collaboration with multiple teams to meet performance objectives and support business activities effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills to assess and enhance operational processes.
- Knowledge of industry trends and prior experience in hospitality or vacation ownership is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for task management and reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
