Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Job Title position based in Bhubaneswar. The Job Title will support daily logistics operations, coordinate vehicle scheduling, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries within the city. Responsibilities include communicating with customers and driver-partners, updating shipment and booking information in internal systems, and resolving operational issues that may arise during trips. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize routes, maintain service quality, and uphold safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and coordination skills, including route planning, scheduling, and basic data entry or reporting.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, driver-partners, and internal teams.
- Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with web-based platforms, mobile apps, and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
- Problem-solving and time management abilities, with a focus on handling on-ground issues quickly and maintaining service quality.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and adapt to a dynamic, fast-moving operational environment.
- Educational background in logistics, business, operations management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
