Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. The selected candidate will support strategic planning, market research, and project development for real estate initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing insights on market trends, assisting in financial planning, shaping product positioning, designing sales strategies, and monitoring project execution. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be critical to achieving project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, including AOP creation, financial modeling, and velocity planning
- Experience in market research, pricing strategies, and crafting go-to-market plans
- Proficiency in project management, development oversight, and mandate structuring for real estate projects
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving efficiency and performance goals
- Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Relevant experience in real estate advisory, consulting, or development management is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced work environment in a dynamic organized structure
