Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata. The role involves managing daily operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing projects, and driving key initiatives for the company. The individual will be tasked with understanding customer preferences, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the enhancement of marketing and outreach strategies. Additional responsibilities may include liaising with artisans and vendors to promote handcrafted designs and support product development.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, effective time management, and attention to detail
- Experience with marketing, brand development, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply creative thinking to problem-solving
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for traditional crafts and sustainable products, with a keen eye for authenticity
- Prior experience in retail, textiles, fashion, or a related domain is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field preferred
