Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Job Title role involves supporting day-to-day investment and client service activities, including assisting with financial product information, responding to client queries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role may include coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions and contributing to the improvement of processes and client experience. The individual will also help prepare basic reports, presentations, or summaries related to client portfolios and services offered through Mutual Fundaa and IBWC ONE Pvt Ltd.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand basic financial concepts and products such as mutual funds, SIPs, and long-term investment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with using computers, online platforms, and standard office software for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused mindset to support high-quality service delivery.
- Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, investments, or client service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
