Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting the growth of HDFC Life’s business by managing day-to-day operational and customer-facing activities aligned with the assigned function. Typical responsibilities may include engaging with customers to understand their insurance and financial needs, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting with policy issuance and servicing. The role may involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely resolution of customer requests, and adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines. The Job Title will also contribute to achieving individual and team targets, maintaining detailed records, and providing regular updates to managers on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs, interpret policy details, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Comfort with numbers, documentation, and basic financial concepts related to insurance, savings, and investment products.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and willingness to learn company-specific systems and digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, insurance, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory, depending on the level of the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment, with a focus on ethics, compliance, and customer centricity.
