Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baleshwar. The role responsibilities include managing operations, analyzing market trends, developing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to meet key performance indicators, handle client interactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves assisting with planning and executing company initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, client servicing, and strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and goal-setting abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of life insurance, financial services, or related industries
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations
