Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role entails performing key responsibilities aligned with the firm's mission and service offerings. Qualifications
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to assurance, consulting, tax, risk, or digital transformation services
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks under deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience in working within cross-functional teams, displaying agility, collaboration, and a client-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, MBA) are an advantage
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, and a mindset aligned with driving positive change
- Understanding of the industry context in assurance, consulting, tax, risk, or digital transformation
