Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru at Finedge Training Institute (a unit of FinCareer Edtech Technologies Private Limited). The role involves delivering structured training sessions on BFSI concepts, employability skills, and professional communication to students and early-career professionals. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing feedback to support skill development. The Job Title will collaborate with academic and operations teams to align content with industry requirements, coordinate batches and schedules, and maintain training quality and consistency. The role also includes mentoring learners on career paths in BFSI, supporting placement-related activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including banking products, insurance basics, and financial services.
- Skills in training delivery, classroom facilitation, and learner engagement, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation, professional communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability in curriculum planning, lesson design, and creating structured learning materials aligned with industry requirements.
- Ability to guide learners on sales skills, customer relationship management, and workplace readiness for entry-level roles.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for training, content sharing, and learner assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in BFSI, training, teaching, or skill development is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
