Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing events in alignment with client expectations and organizational standards. Responsibilities extend to managing vendor relationships, overseeing logistics, ensuring timely project delivery, and working closely with the creative and production teams. You will be tasked with drafting proposals, managing budgets, and maintaining smooth communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills for overseeing timelines and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and vendor collaborations
- Proficiency in multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Prior experience in wedding planning, corporate events, or branding projects is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work on-site in Bengaluru with availability for potential travel based on project requirements
