Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at CityScape Consulting in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. This position requires a dynamic individual who will work closely with clients to provide strategic consultancy, conduct market analyses, and develop customized real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports, building client relationships, creating value-driven proposals, managing project milestones, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills for creating detailed industry and market insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and client presentations
- Relationship management and negotiation skills to build trust and secure successful outcomes
- Proficiency in business planning, project management, and strategy development
- Experience with urban development or real estate markets is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in urban planning, real estate, business, or a related field is preferred
