Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing financial services, managing customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with financial products, preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with various teams to achieve business goals. Maintaining adherence to company policies and compliance procedures is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in financial services, business operations, or client management.
- Proficiency in customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
