Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to critical scientific and technological projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating innovative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on technical designs, driving project execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to meet client needs. You will be expected to analyze challenges, develop effective strategies, and support the continual improvement of laboratory systems and processes in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and operational skills in areas relevant to life sciences, including liquid handling, genomics, flow cytometry, particle analysis, and centrifugation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-focused solutions.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to analyze challenges to drive effective solutions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with global teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a scientific or engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry is advantageous.
