Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Job Title at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. The role involves managing day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting business processes related to housing finance and associated products. Responsibilities include handling documentation and data entry, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and providing timely updates and reports to management. The Job Title will also contribute to customer service activities, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records to support efficient decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to help drive process improvements and contribute to overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational tasks and support business decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic financial concepts to manage documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; experience in banking or NBFCs is an advantage.
- Knowledge of housing finance products, lending processes, and regulatory norms will be beneficial.
