Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Job Title will be responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the selection of grown diamond jewellery. The role includes managing daily store operations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring accurate handling of inventory and sales transactions. The Job Title will collaborate with the broader team on promotional activities, customer outreach, and brand storytelling that aligns with Aukera’s mission of empowering women. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting after-sales service, and contributing ideas to improve processes, products, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strengths in customer service, client relationship management, and in-person sales within retail, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, with strong listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Comfort working with digital tools such as POS systems, basic spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, including visual merchandising, product presentation, and accurate handling of transactions and records.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or design, with a willingness to learn about grown diamonds, product features, and industry trends.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
