Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing compliance processes, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and providing legal and regulatory guidance. The role will also include collaborating with team members to provide clients with tailored financial and legal solutions, as well as maintaining ongoing client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance processes
• Proficiency in legal and regulatory compliance within corporate environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data for decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience providing consulting or advisory services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CS (Company Secretary) are highly desirable
