Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad with Angel Logistics. The role involves overseeing day-to-day delivery operations, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring that all shipments are handled accurately and on time. The Job Title will monitor route performance, support fleet planning, and help standardize processes to maintain high service quality and compliance. Responsibilities include tracking operational metrics, resolving on-ground issues, communicating with internal stakeholders and partners, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes documenting workflows, maintaining operational records, and contributing to safe, efficient, and customer-focused last-mile execution.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and logistics skills, including experience with last-mile delivery, route planning, and fleet coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use spreadsheets or basic analytics tools to track KPIs and drive decisions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with field teams, partners, and internal functions.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in time-sensitive and on-ground operational situations.
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and a focus on compliance, safety, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce delivery, or transportation operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and mobility apps used in logistics and field operations.
