Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Job Title will support day-to-day operations related to jewelry and gemstone sales, customer engagement, and product presentation. Responsibilities may include assisting customers in-store, maintaining product displays, coordinating with internal teams on inventory or orders, and ensuring that brand standards are upheld in every interaction. The role may also involve basic administrative tasks, accurate record keeping, and collaboration on promotional activities or events. Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.

- Sales or retail experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with point-of-sale systems and digital records.
- Interest in jewelry, gemstones, and design, with a willingness to learn product details and craftsmanship standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including flexibility for weekends or peak retail hours as required.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and integrity aligned with Alvora’s values of transparency and quality.
- Relevant education or vocational training in retail, merchandising, business, or a related field is an advantage.
