Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Meerut. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, preparing instructional materials, assessing students’ progress, and providing tailored support to enhance academic and skill competency. Additional responsibilities may include participating in curriculum development, mentoring students for career advancement, and contributing to the effective execution of educational programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge or expertise relevant to academic coaching or skill development
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and instructional design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use technology and digital tools for teaching and curriculum development
- Experience in competitive exam preparation, such as NEET or JEE, is highly beneficial
- Ability to provide practical learning opportunities and manage classroom dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject of expertise, or a related field is required
- Master’s degree or a certification in relevant teaching methodologies is a plus
