Salary Bracket: 75,000 1,00,000 per month (Based on experience industry standards)

Experience Required: 2 - 5 years in inbound tourism, travel, or hospitality industry

Role Overview

As the Sales Marketing Executive Inbound Tourism , your primary responsibility is to promote Indias rich wildlife experiences to key international markets. You will drive business development, build global partnerships, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and represent our brand at top trade events. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has a strong passion for tourism and conservation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Business Development

  • Identify and engage with global tour operators, OTAs, DMCs, and travel agents.
  • Develop and customize B2B travel packages based on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Create compelling proposals, sales kits, and support materials for agent partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals with international partners.

Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital offline).
  • Plan FAM trips, webinars, and media visits to drive awareness.
  • Coordinate with PR teams to secure media coverage in travel and lifestyle publications.

Trade Representation Events

  • Represent the brand at global travel trade shows (WTM, ITB, FITUR, etc.).
  • Organize roadshows, workshops, and in-market events.
  • Collaborate with creatives to produce brochures, digital content, and promotional material.

Product Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with operations to develop culturally rich travel itineraries.
  • Offer pricing insights, competitor analysis, and international traveller preferences.
  • Track performance KPIs, generate reports, and suggest strategic improvements.

Key Attributes Skills

  • Excellent communication verbal, written, and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to upsell/cross-sell tourism products effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in negotiations and client relationship management.
  • Self-motivated with a global outlook and customer-first approach.

Additional Information

  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday | 2 Saturdays off per month | Sundays off
  • Probation Period: 3 months
