Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Job Search Services Specialist. The role includes assisting clients with job search strategies, preparing professional resumes and cover letters, improving interview skills through personalized coaching, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global job markets. The role also involves coordinating with clients and employers, building strong professional relationships, and delivering high-quality service to ensure the success of job-seeking clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in resume writing, cover letter creation, and career documentation
- Skills in career counseling, interview preparation, and job search strategy development
- Knowledge of global job markets, recruitment trends, and hiring practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Experience in immigration or job consultancy is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree preffered.
