Job Description & Summary:
The project management capability is an integral role in our Tech Hub delivery community to drive outcomes, collaboration, ensure excellence and the success of projects and programs. As a Project Coordinator you will provide administrative support to project teams. You will ensure project documentation is up-to-date and assist in coordinating project activities. You will support project managers and project teams in the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities:
- Maintain project documentation.
- Schedule project meetings.
- Track project progress.
- Assist in resource allocation.
- Prepare project reports.
Mandatory skill sets:
As a Project Coordinator you will have the following knowledge and skills:
- Interest in project management.
- Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to apply overall basic technical knowledge within the role.
- Ability to solve simple tasks, using common sense and quick thinking
- Utilising detailed instructions and analysis, often with guidance from the Team Leader.
- Ability to organise day-to-day tasks with direct and specific guidance from Team Leader.
- Make an impact through completion of assigned day-to-day tasks.
