Applications are invited for the position of Research Assistant for the ICSSR-sponsored research project:
"Unlocking Efficiency: A Comprehensive Study of Paddy Cultivation and Its Economic Impacts in Karnataka Among Conventional Methods, Direct Seeded Rice (DSR), and the System of Rice Intensification (SRI)"
The project is being undertaken at ADRTC, Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bengaluru.

🔹 Position: Research Assistant

🔹 Location: ADRTC, ISEC, Bengaluru
Essential Qualification
✅ M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics / Economics / Agricultural Statistics / Statistics with Proficiency in Kannada
Desirable Qualification
✅ Field survey experience
✅ Proficiency in Kannada
✅ Familiarity with computers and statistical software
✅ Ability to coordinate and lead farm-level field surveys
Salary
💰 ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Tenure
📅 Initially for 3 months from the date of joining, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
