🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer (1–2 Years):
- Design creatives for websites, social media, ads, and branding
- Create UI/UX designs for websites, landing pages, and mobile screens
- Develop banners, marketing assets, and engaging visual content
- Work closely with developers and marketers for consistent branding
- Create user-friendly and modern design experiences
- Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail
- Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements
2. Meta Ads Specialist (1–2 Years):
- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Generate leads and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Create ad copies, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and best practices
