We are currently hiring for an on-site Project Planner position in Mumbai on a renewable one-year contract. The final designation for the role will be determined following the interview process.

Role Details: Project Planner
This is 1 year renewable contract job, on-site role based in Mumbai, focused on ensuring stringent quality control across our construction projects.
Requirements: We seek candidates with a B.E./Diploma (Civil) and 7-15 years of experience in construction Project Planning. Candidates with completed commercial building project cycles (Sub-structure, Superstructure RCC) are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinating with site construction teams and other related professionals
- Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure completion
- Identify shortcomings and advise on action plans and cost-reduction approaches
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as resource plans, change orders, labour, &expenses etc
- Documentation, Coordination and providing project requirements with all departments
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment, Generally, be flexible with adapting to changes in project scope and schedules
- Performing job tasks instructed by reporting manager
