We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technician to join our Engineering Maintenance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function seamlessly within our luxury property.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks on HVAC systems, boilers, electrical panels, and kitchen equipment.
- Rapid Response: Attend to guest room complaints (AC issues, plumbing leaks, electrical faults) with urgency and professional etiquette.
- General Repairs: Handle basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work as needed to maintain the hotel's aesthetic standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to fire, life, and safety (FLS) regulations.
- Energy Management: Monitor utility consumption and suggest ways to improve energy efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning (HVAC).
- Experience: Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting AHUs, chillers, and DG sets.
- Soft Skills: Must be well-groomed, polite, and comfortable interacting with international guests.
- Availability: Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
