Job Opening: Compliance Executive (CA Background)
Location: Hyderabad

Hesa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing rural commerce and e-commerce company operating across multiple states with a network of 50+ warehouses. We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Executive with a Chartered Accountant (CA) background to strengthen our statutory compliance and regulatory functions.
## Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Law, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Prepare and maintain compliance calendars and statutory records.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.
Monitor changes in applicable laws and ensure timely implementation.
Reconcile statutory liabilities and ensure timely filing of returns.
Assist in drafting policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and corporate governance practices.
## Eligibility
Chartered Accountant (Qualified) or CA Inter with relevant experience.
1–4 years of experience in statutory compliance, taxation, or finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and labour law compliances.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
## Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in the e-commerce, FMCG, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
