Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Homecare Referral Marketing professional. In this role, you will actively promote and refer home care services to potential clients, focusing on enhancing the quality of life and well-being of elderly individuals. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating MAITYS' offerings. You will also ensure that our services are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client while supporting their independence and dignity.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Home Care, Personal Care, and Elder Care
- Strong Communication skills for engaging clients and building trusted relationships
- Experience in Caregiving and understanding the needs of elderly individuals
- Ability to empathize and provide solutions tailored to client-specific requirements
- Adaptability to work on-site in a dynamic, people-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Greater Bengaluru's local community would be an added advantage
