Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Job Hiring professional. The primary responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, evaluating potential candidates, creating job descriptions, and managing communications with hiring managers. The role also includes developing recruitment strategies, maintaining applicant databases, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment Strategy, Candidate Sourcing, and Interview Coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage
