Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Job Fair & Employer Relations Manager. Responsibilities include organizing and managing job fairs and recruitment events, developing partnerships with employers, and fostering relationships to enhance student employment opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions, coordinating internship programs, and tracking employment trends to strategize opportunities for job seekers.
Qualifications
- Event Management and Coordination skills, including planning and executing job fairs or similar events
- Relationship-building and Networking skills to establish partnerships with employers and other stakeholders
- Strategic Planning and Analytical skills to monitor employment trends and develop effective opportunities
- Communication and Presentation skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Project Management and Organizational skills
- Experience in campus placement coordination or working in the education or recruitment sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
Employer & Industry Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, and HR leaders for recruitment partnerships.
- Onboard companies for job fairs, hiring drives, and campus recruitment programs.
- Promote EduSkills’ talent pool and skill ecosystem to employers.
Job Fair & Hiring Event Management
- Plan and execute regional and national job fairs across partner colleges and institutions.
- Coordinate with companies for participation in placement drives, recruitment events, and virtual hiring programs.
- Manage logistics, employer participation, and candidate engagement during job fairs.
Placement & Recruitment Programs
- Support hiring initiatives through EduSkills Talent Connect and placement programs.
- Facilitate recruitment opportunities for students through corporate partnerships.
- Track placement outcomes and employer feedback.
Partnership Development
- Identify new employer partners and expand hiring opportunities.
- Collaborate with universities and training partners for placement activities.
- Build long-term partnerships with industry associations and HR communities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain employer database and recruitment activity records.
- Track metrics such as number of companies engaged, job offers generated, and placement success rate.
- Prepare reports and insights for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or employer engagement.
- Experience in organizing job fairs, campus drives, or hiring events will be an advantage.
