# **Job Description Sales Executive (Chemical Industry)**
### **Position:** Sales Executive
### **Location:** Navi Mumbai
### **Experience:** 25 Years
### **Salary:** 30,000 50,000 per month
### **Qualification:** B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering
## **About the Company**
Goldie Lab Chem is a chemical trading firm dealing in laboratory chemicals, specialty chemicals, and industrial raw materials, catering to pharmaceutical, research, and manufacturing industries.
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage **B2B sales** for laboratory chemicals, specialty chemicals, and industrial products
- Identify and generate **new leads** from pharma companies, RD labs, chemical industries, and institutions
- Maintain and grow relationships with **existing clients**
- Handle **product inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures**
- Achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets**
- Coordinate with procurement/logistics teams for timely delivery
- Provide **technical product understanding** and recommend suitable chemicals to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / sales reports
## **Key Requirements**
- 25 years of experience in **chemical / pharma / lab reagent sales**
- Strong understanding of **chemical products, lab reagents, or industrial raw materials**
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**
- Ability to handle **corporate industrial clients**
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools
## **Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Candidate with **Chemistry background (B.Sc / M.Sc / Chemical Engg.)**
- Experience in **chemical trading / distribution companies**
- Existing network in **pharma, labs, or manufacturing industries** is an added advantage
- Based in or willing to work in **Navi Mumbai**
