The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving growth through online paid and organic channels, optimising campaigns, analysing data, and scaling high-performing strategies. You will focus on Meta Ads to meet clients business goals and objectives. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Prefer candidates with a min 1 years experience in Facebook Ads Management. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, proficiency in Google Ads is a plus. Strong understanding of social media strategies. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills Candidates with experience working in a digital marketing agency will be given preference. Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across channels like Meta ads, and other display networks. Set up, monitor, and optimise paid search and social campaigns to maximise performance Collaborate with the design team to develop high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused creative assets Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve CPL, CPA. Use tools like Google/Meta Ad Manager and other attribution platforms to track performance Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating spend across channels to maximise ROI Analyse campaign data regularly to identify trends and create performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct research on market trends, audience behaviour, and competitors to refine campaign strategies.
