About the role

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Jaipur (Onsite)


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B and B2C sectors to drive the company's growth and profitability.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustainable long-term growth for the company.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and business relations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, particularly in the B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Result-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with the Jaipur market and/or experience working in Rajasthan is preferred.
  • Willingness to work onsite from the Jaipur office and travel as needed to meet with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify prospective clients in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed client reports and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to ensure targets are being met or exceeded.
  • Engage with new and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive continued growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business development objectives in alignment with company goals.
